  1. Go to http://ny.aims.ipro.org/
  2. Click on the "Forgot your password?" link on the upper right.
  3. Enter your email address then click on the Reset Password button.
  4. Check your email for an email with the subject "Reset Password".
  5. Click on the link in the email.
  6. Enter your new password twice then click the Submit button.
