Opening a CSV file in a spreadsheet application may place all fields in the first cell of the application. If you choose to populate the text file in Microsoft Excel or a similar application, you will need to follow that applications' text file import process.

For submission, the only acceptable file is a text/csv file, semi-colon delimited, double-quoted on all fields. Please ensure that the spreadsheet software you use can export your data to such a file.
